Vine

Since the last post was about vines I want to take a little time to discuss my experience with the Vine app and what types of comedy it uses. Vine itself is an app where users load up 5 second pictures of their lives to capture a moment that affected them. Think about it, 5 seconds to make an impression, but if we look at it other apps like Snapchat and Instagram have taken advantage of the fact that you can use 5 second clips to really make an impression on someone. However, that is only the beginning of the Dude’s story. Following the encounter, the rich man’s daughter gets abducted and the rich man asks the Dude to give 1 million dollars to the criminals in exchange for his daughter. The Dude then attempts to go and get the daughter trying to take the million dollars for himself. The...
