Jumanji
Last year I saw the ad for Jumanji. The scenes from the ad looked like a life like litrpg movie. For anyone who does not know litrpg is a fantasy type of book where the main character actually lives inside the game. The correlation between Jumanji and litrpg struck me when I saw that each of the characters in the movie had three stripes on each of their forearms representing the amount of lives they had in the game. Now while most litrpg is simply has a fantasy game theme, Jumanji took it to a whole other level by adding comedy. In the beginning of the movie each of the characters before they went into the game had to choose characters. When they chose their selection the movie producers made it, so they would be placed in bodies that would be the exact opposite of who they were in real life.
